The Union Way.
We begin each day by making fresh dough, then age it 24 hours for maximum flavor. We twice bake our pizza, once to create the crust, then again for a crispy finish. The addition of a high-end quality cheese blend and our own unique sauce recipe creates the perfect pie. Oh, and let’s not forget the oven. We use a stone deck model that’s been time-tested over the last 100 years.
Tony and Myles, through a shared passion of pizza and service, established Union Pie Co. in 2018. The mission was to provide our neighborhood with a better option for pizza, something reminiscent of the quality we remembered from childhood. Our continuing goal is to provide you with quality food, friendly service, and a neighborhood establishment you can be proud of for years to come.
